Property-Articles-Today publish property related articles. This can be any article related to real estate, locations, attractions, lifestyle and culture related articles about all countries. In short, any subject which a prospective property purchaser might find useful. We do NOT want individual properties "for sale" advertisements but welcome related submissions. For example, "The advantages of coastal properties", "The school system in country X", "The health system in country Y", etc.

Property-Articles-Today is a free content article directory. This means that any webmaster, publisher, or editor may re-print any and all articles on this website subject to the basic terms and conditions outlined within. If you do NOT agree with free publication of your articles or require that special terms be met prior to publication of your work, you should NOT submit your writings to this site.

Article Submission Guidelines
Article submissions to Property-Articles-Today are free and new additions to our database are indexed daily. This usually means that any article you submit will be searchable by, and available to, visitors within 48 hours of submission.

Before submitting an article, please search your intended country in the Property-Articles-Today database to ensure your articles have not already been added by someone else.

• We ask that you do not submit articles written by other authors unless you have permission to do so.

• Submissions that are specifically commercial or advertorial in content will be removed from the Property-Articles-Today database. By all means, promote your area or region to show your knowledge or expertise and encourage prospective buyers but if you feel the need for direct advertising, check out our advertising package.

• Submissions that have insufficient content and rely on a link to another website where the article resides will be refused or removed.

• Article submissions that are plagiarized or in violation of another author's copyright will be removed.

Note: Property-Articles-Today reserves the right to refuse or remove any article for any reason without notice or explanation.

Article Criteria
Article submissions are subject to length restrictions. Guidelines are as follows:

Article Title: 150 characters maximum.

Article Body: 15,000 characters or roughly 2,500 words maximum.

Author Bio: 400 characters or roughly 60 words maximum (including website addresses).

Article Formatting and Links
We ask that authors submitting to Property-Articles-Today copy and paste articles from a basic text editor like Notepad. Copying and pasting content from applications like MS Word can and does result in a variety of formatting problems, causing articles to appear very differently from the way they were submitted.

All the articles published use a standard sized font so it is not necessary for authors to use html tags for specifying font size. Acceptable use of HTML is restricted to:-
paragraph <p> - line breaks <br> - bold <b> bold end </b> - italics <i> italics end </i> - center <center> center end </center>.
Use of HTML should be minimal and is not necessary for links to your websites. Simply enter www.yoursitename.xxx.

Copyright and Violations
Property-Articles-Today's policy prohibits the use of copyright material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights. In general, this means that authors should only submit their own original written work for which they own copyright.

In cases where copyright is disputed (usually as a result of plagiarism or unauthorized copying), articles will be immediately removed without recourse or discussion, regardless of the arguments presented by the disputing parties.
